Flashback: Events and Happenings of 2009

Besides workshops, the Scentiments team also actively go around Kuching doing alot of events, roadshows, talks and miscellaneous projects.

Among them are roadshow for UCSI Open Day, Perfect Pregnancy Forum (Tun Jugah), Perhimpunan Agung PBB, makeovers in Everrise counters, and makeup services for the artists and models for a local music video show in Astro :)

Flashback: Workshops of 2009 (Part ONE)

Since June 2009, Scentiments have been organizing and running makeup workshops for esteemed organizations. Let us walk down memory lane of the fun and fruitful times of teaching women the importance of wearing makeup to work.

The first ever workshop was held in Scentiments itself (in Green Heights Mall) in June 2009 whereby about 20 people from the public came to listen to basic skincare and makeup tips. It was a free makeup workshop and many enjoyed their time trying and applying makeup on themselves and their friends.

The Latest Antonio Banderas Fragrance

The latest from Antonio Banderas comes in a form of Black Seduction, a follow-up perfume to his ever-popular Blue Seduction, which was always frequently sold out in Scentiments. Known for its sweet notes and affordable price, fans of Blue Seduction will not be disappointed with this slightly muskier new perfume.

"A seductive man in a dark suit follows daringly after Blue Seduction, last year's seducer, while raising strength of the composition on a new level.

Oriental notes of amber are mixed with warm, woody accords in a very juicy and spicy way, along with fresh and sensual notes. Top notes include luminous sparkles of bergamot with tart zests of black currant. A heart of the masculine fragrance Seduction in Black is filled with fiery spicy notes: coriander, cardamom, and nutmeg, while a base hides woody notes of cedar, Tonka, amber and musk.

Scentiments in The Borneo Post

Karen Eva Chin (Business Development Executive & Makeup Artist) and Errol Glenn Menggu (Operations Manager) were interviewed by Doreena Naeg from Borneo Post last week, who was hoping to write an informative article on perfumes for all perfume-lovers out there.
